How do I register on your website?

Click on the Sign In link text or icon on the top right corner of the home page, provide your information and review our Terms of Use to Register.

Do I have to register, to make a purchase?

No, you can browse, add to cart and make a purchase without actually registering on the website. However, you will need to fill in basic information such as your email, billing and shipping address and phone number, to actually place an order, and this data is saved, to be able to process your order.

How do I reset my password?

Click on the Sign In link on the top right corner of the home page, and provide your email id. Click on Sign In. Click on Forgot Password and follow normal procedures to change your password.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you place an order, you can cancel it until such time that we begin processing the order. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any and all orders, at any point in time for errors in pricing or availability. In situations such as these, we will contact you with notification of such cancellation and you will be automatically refunded as per Payment Gateway conditions.

How do I get a refund on an order cancelled by you?

You will be automatically refunded, and your cancelled order amount returned to your account as per regular payment gateway Terms of Use. This is typically within 7 working days of the order having been cancelled.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Once our delivery partner picks up your order, you will receive an email with your tracking details, which you can use to track your package’s whereabouts, on the shipper’s website.

Can I return a product?

Given the nature of our products, we do not normally accept returns. However, with genuine reasons, we will be happy to add replacements in a future order.

How can I track an order?

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you, with the tracking number and delivery agent details – you can track the order directly via their website.

What is the Country of Origin of your products?

All Fresh Harvests products are made/ grown in India.
